LA Home Solutions is one of the leading remodeling and home improvement companies in the North Houston area. Presently we are seeking a Sales Professional with Home Improvement Sales & Management Experience to provide oversight for residential renovations on a growing portfolio of primarily North Houston and surrounding area residential homes. The job entails conducting home assessments, preparing and sending client proposals, overseeing remodel projects and trade partners as well as identifying areas for process improvements and cost-savings.

  • CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    • Leadership experience in residential construction sales as a trade expert, project superintendent, or higher
    • Must be a clear and effective communicator, both verbally and written
    • Ability and flexibility to adhere to the demands of simultaneous renovations across multiple properties
    • Significant project management skills
    • Excellent schedule coordination

  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1-3 years of Sales and Project Management Experience in the Home Improvement Industry
    • Experience with Managing aspects of a Home Improvement company including sales and installation
    • You MUST be able to help manage sales, projects, and subcontractor hiring.

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Participate in weekly meetings
    • Develop weekly/monthly & quarterly reports 

  • EXPERIENCE

    Home Improvement Management Experience is a MUST in the Home Improvement Industry

Handyman

We are seeking a high-quality handyman with residential home repair experience such as basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall and basic customer service knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • This candidate should have 1-3+ years of experience with a wide range of experience.
  • Ability to safely use common power and hand tools (must own basic repair tools)
  • Experience installing and replacing basic plumbing systems
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills with customers
  • Self-starter with good time management skills
  • A plus is drywall and plumbing knowledge

*Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work each day on time.
